Submissions to DSS 2010 should provide contributions to the DSS research area and be relevant to the conference theme "Bridging the socio-technical gap in DSS - Challenges for the next decade".

You want to present your latest work in DSS 2010 but missed the due date for paper submission?

You can submit a poster! For authors of accepted posters the early fee registration will apply.

To submit your manuscript use the following external link Easychair conference management system.

If you don't have an account on Easychair yet, you can use the above link to register and obtain an account using a valid e-mail address.

Login your EasyChair account at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=dss2010.

Select 'New Submission'.

Fill out the information, PLEASE SELECT the POSTER category, and upload your manuscript. You don't have to upload any attachment file.

If you have any questions concerning the formatting and uploading of submissions please contact us at: dss2010@di.fc.ul.pt. Please do not submit any papers by e-mail.

  • Workshop proposal deadline 30th April 2010 *

To propose a workshop please send your proposal by email to dss2010@di.fc.ul.pt with the subject "workshop proposal". The reception of your proposal will be notified in two days.

To authors of accepted workshops the early fee registration will aplly.

Manuscript Formats

Contributions, for all categories, must follow the article templates from IOSPress.

Article templates can be downloaded from templates.<external link> The manuscripts submitted must be uploaded in .PDF format. MS Word files and Latex files are not allowed.

Please, respect the paper length limits as stipulated in the various submission categories:

- Full papers – 8-12 pages
- Short papers – maximum of 6 pages
- Posters – maximum of 4 pages
- Workshop proposals – 2 pages
