To be eligible, a participant must be a citizen of a country listed in the World Bank lists of Low-income economies and Lower-middle-income economies <external link>
We anticipate awarding grants of 280EUR each to partially support travel expenses of the selected participants, thanks to the support of IFIP TC8 through the IFIP Developing countries support committee (DCSC).
